Valkhof Festival is one of the locations where you can spot artists before their breakthrough. In recent years, artists such as Ben Howard, Caribou and Fontaines D.C. could be seen there before they grew to the largest stages in the Netherlands.
In the Stevenskerk and Sint Jacobskapel you will find special, tranquil concerts by renowned artists. You do need an entrance ticket for this.
There is also plenty of great music to discover at Smaakmarkt on the Waalkade and Ramblas opposite the station.
