Would you like to adopt or fully support one of our programme components? Would you like to offer your clients, employees or business relations a special and unique experience? We welcome your ideas for developing and implementing innovative projects, concepts and pilots. Ideas we are interested in exploring include

  • A science village focused on sustainability, innovation and technology
  • A spectacular drone show above the Waal to replace the fireworks
  • Activities to promote vitality and exercise for diverse target groups such as children, the elderly or people with disabilities
  • Special programme for more inclusion, a festival where everyone is welcome, including people who feel lonely or have limited financial means
  • A digital game for young people with daily assignments at special locations, hidden clues around the city, and a grand finale on Friday
  • A special art & culture programme at pop-up venues

For € 25,000* you can become a full Vier­daagse­feesten part­ner. It goes with­out say­ing that your brand will be promi­nent­ly vis­i­ble dur­ing the Vier­daagse­feesten. Depend­ing on your wish­es this can take the form of phys­i­cal pres­ence at the event with the acti­va­tion or adap­ta­tion of a con­cept, com­mu­ni­ca­tions on loca­tion and via our online chan­nels and/​or with one of our media part­ners. Start­ing from € 50,000* the part­ner­ship includes an exclu­siv­i­ty clause on a spe­cif­ic ambi­tion or theme. We’d love to talk to you about the pos­si­bil­i­ties for long-term collaboration.

Brand activation

If you want to bring your brand or company to the attention of a wide audience and know what the effect is of a campaign during the Vierdaagsefeesten, our brand activation options are perfect for you.

Mobile Teams
If you want to make use of the entire festival area and not be bound to a single stand, then mobile teams are ideal for you. This option is perfect for sample teams walking around with sampler backpacks or charities hoping to get attention in a refreshing and original way. Starting from € 750* per day, you can organise campaigns with your promotion team at the biggest event in the Netherlands.

Promopromenade
The Promopromenade is the lifeline of the Vierdaagsefeesten and each day welcomes tens of thousands of visitors ready to enjoy all that the Vierdaagsefeesten have to offer. If you want to stand out with your brand and achieve a wide reach, this is ‘the’ place to showcase your brand to a wide audience. This 15-metre wide and 2-km long street has enough space for road shows, promotion stands and other spectacular stunts.

Fes­ti­val parks
While the Pro­mo­prom­e­nade attracts a diverse and wide audi­ence, the fes­ti­val parks are aimed at spe­cif­ic tar­get groups. See all venues here. We’d love to talk to you about find­ing a good match between your tar­get group and the spe­cif­ic audi­ence of the Vierdaagsefeesten.

Brand stores
We posi­tion brand stores at select­ed top loca­tions through­out Nijmegen city cen­tre. These ready-made units are ful­ly equipped with brand­ing and light­ing and can be used as a show­room, spec­tac­u­lar stunt or brand store. Stim­u­late the public’s sens­es and cre­ate an opti­mal brand expe­ri­ence! Pro­mo­tion, sam­pling and sale are all possible.
