Merchandise Stand Crew
Want to be the star of the show while decked out in Vierdaagsefeesten style? Join our team at one of our merchandise stands during the Vierdaagsefeesten!
The Vierdaagsefeesten are just around the corner, from July 18 to 24, and we are looking for enthusiastic staff members for our stands. This is your chance to work right in the heart of the action and contribute to the experience of thousands of visitors!
What will you be doing?
As a merchandise staff member, you are the face of the festival! Your main tasks include:
- Sales: Selling limited edition merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies, scarves, baby rompers, and other festival items.
- Service: Issuing wristbands by scanning tickets and ensuring all transactions are handled correctly through the cash register system.
- Inventory: Keeping the stand organized and checking stock levels daily.
- Information: Acting as an info point for visitors, answering questions about the line-up or the best routes through the city.
In short: you ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone visiting the festivities!
Who are you?
- Assertive and a strong communicator: You aren’t afraid to talk to people and can handle a wide variety of visitors.
- Organized and tidy: You work efficiently, keep the stand in order, and make sure everything runs like clockwork. You are also responsible for accurate payments.
- Multilingual: You speak good Dutch and English, allowing you to help visitors from all backgrounds.
- Local resident: Ideally, you live in the region, making you flexible with working hours and availability.
Accessibility and Opening Hours
You will be stationed at one of two locations in the city center, depending on your availability. We work in shifts, and the specific opening hours of the stands will be shared with you in advance.
