Production Office Assistant
Job Description
Would you like to join the Vierdaagsefeesten organization for a short term and help ensure everything runs smoothly during the week of the events? Then join our production office as a (Secretariat) Production Assistant!
In this role, you are a vital link both before and during the Nijmegen Vierdaagsefeesten. Starting from late June, you will be available for 2 days a week (working hours 09:00 to 17:00). During the week of the festivities (through July 23rd), this increases to 40 hours per week, with daily shifts from 11:00 to 20:00. Given the busy nature of these weeks, a flexible attitude toward working hours is highly appreciated!
What will you be doing?
Your main tasks involve managing phone calls and emails, serving as a point of contact for entrepreneurs, suppliers, and visitors. You can expect a wide variety of questions—ranging from permits to parking passes. You will also be the first point of contact for street performers, caterers, and other partners who drop by the office. In addition to handling inquiries and feedback, you may be assigned specific sub-tasks to support the team.

The Nijmegen Vierdaagsefeesten organization consists of a large group of enthusiasts! While the partygoers truly complete the week, none of it is possible without everything being perfectly arranged in the weeks leading up to it. You will be an essential part of that preparation.
Requirements
- You have a flexible mindset;
- You are empathetic and possess a "hands-on" mentality;
- You enjoy short-term, high-impact assignments;
- Experience in the event sector is not required but is a plus.
