Lee Towers, also known as 'The man with the golden microphone', has repeatedly proven himself as one of the best singers in the Netherlands. He has played a crucial role in the Dutch music world.

Lee Towers is an undeniable great. He has been at the absolute top for years. He is considered a pioneer in his field, a fact recognized by all his colleagues. Despite opposition, prevailing trends and well-intentioned advice, he has always put on spectacular shows that rightly deserved the label 'International Class'.

His first triumph took place in November 1980, in his home city of Rotterdam. To the surprise of many, he managed to sell out the local music temple De Doelen and then treat the audience to an unforgettable evening with Lee Towers. In the years that followed, his popularity grew so much that the number of concert evenings had to be increased: from two to four, from four to six, and even to eight (twice). This overwhelming response enabled Lee Towers to present unprecedented spectacles far beyond what was ever possible in terms of cost.

Lee Towers is also called 'The Dutch Sinatra', but every music lover is aware that, despite clear American influences, he has his own identity.
