The 7 best days a year, and we are in it together. That is why there will be some rules in the city, for everyone's safety. Happy partying!
1. It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Your consumptions help keep the parties free.
2. Keep Nijmegen clean: bring your cups back to the bar, throw your trash in the bins and use the toilet facilities. (Urinating in public leads to a fine of €140).3. Next to cans and glass it is not allowed to bring fireworks, laughing gas, weapons or other dangerous objects/substances.
4. For safety reasons you might be checked or frisked. We might ask for a form of ID.
5. During the Vierdaagsefeesten you might be featured in images/audio fragments, taken both for safety reasons as well as promotion. As this is a public event, your attendance gives automatic permission to use these fragments.
6. It is not allowed to promote events, charities, organisations or brands around the festival ground, in whatever way, unless there is written permission by Stichting Vierdaagsefeesten.
7. No alcohol permitted under 18, there is a zero-tolerance-policy when it comes to drugs, agression, threats and public intoxication. Racist signs or remarks, threatening to use/using violence, (sexual) intimidation and offensive clothing will not be tolerated.
8. It is not permitted to climb on stages, in tents and scaffolding of the festival, or destroy property.
9. Park your bikes and other means of transport in the designated areas.
