Vintage Brothers

The Vintage Brothers are a unique blues duo that has been performing in bars, venues, festivals and even living rooms of and for the blues lover since 2004. We play blues in the broadest sense with a dash of rock and jazz. The reportoire consists of own compositions as well as self-arranged songs by the great blues & roots artists of all times in different styles.

The guitar playing is inspired by Robert Johnson Muddy Waters to Eric Clapton and the Stones. He alternates the blues harmonica with the melodic solos with the authentic blues sound of departing steam trains and rumbling wagons. In a semi-acoustic setting, the audience imagines themselves in an original Juke Joint.

Our mission is to bring back and spread the sound of the “primal blues”.
