STÄSJ, the alter-ego of the Nijmegen singer, performer and songwriter Stefanie Janssen, plays contemporary pop, ranging from a capella to synth ballads with multicolored beats. STÄSJ races, grinds and echoes through the landscape of pop, opera and dance. She opens up all her vocal registers or whispers on a meditative surface of beats, bass and bleeps.

With her new electropop album BUILDING A CATHEDRAL , which will be released on March 30, 2024, STÄSJ continues to build on her varied sonic cosmos.
