Her songs are subtle and a bit crooked: recognizable, but not at the same time. Rozi Plain has rightly turned the heads of many pop fans with her debut album 'Prize'. Her songs radiate warmth, but challenge the listener just as well. She didn't steal the album title by the way, because the chance that 'Prize' will turn up in many end-of-year lists is not small. For Rozi Plain's warm and inviting music, few settings work as well as a Valkhof Festival in the evening. So this will be one to highlight with a very thick marker in the block diagram.
