Psychonaut

Psychonaut represents a typical Belgian chunk of eclecticism. The influences are numerous and you can't quite put your finger on them, but as we are used to from our southern neighbors, it is all quality. With 'Unfold the God Man' they have a strong album to overwhelm Valkhof Festival with.

You can take that literally, because in Psychonaut's universe it invariably revolves around sound. Their live shows are very loud and on their last record the A note was specifically tuned to 432 Hz, a multiple of the number 9, which in turn is central to the themes that the band channels through that wall of sound.
