Popsport

During the Four Days Marches you can see the emerging artists of Popsport at Stadseiland Stek!

Popsport is a development program for talented musicians, DJs/producers, singer-songwriters, rappers and acts between the ages of 14 and 21. During the coaching process, the artists are helped by musicians and coaches from the music industry to expand their network, skills and fun. Popsport has a regional and national program. It's about the artist, his music and the love for the music.

ARIS!&sloan
ARIS!&sloan, based in Tilburg, are a musical duo who have captured audiences with their groundbreaking approach to hip-hop, trap and R&B music. With a versatile and dynamic sound, ARIS!&sloan seamlessly blends harmonic melodies with hard-hitting beats to create an auditory experience unlike any other. Together they are a unique fusion of raw emotion and technical precision, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of influences. Through their music, ARIS!&sloan aims to break down barriers and connect with listeners on a deeper level.

Boaz Tooren
Boaz Tooren, born in Boxtel, is a 20-year-old songwriter who writes Dutch-language pop songs. His songs have recognizable choruses that stick in your head. These are expressed by his unique voice. Boaz is an artist who focuses on positivity and love and tries to radiate this through a balance between vulnerability and energy. Furthermore, his music has a characteristic Caribbean sound and often gives a tropical feeling.

NYVE
NYVE is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter with a passion for writing songs on both the guitar and piano. Inspired by Lianne La Havas, NYVE combines elements of Bossa Nova, Soul and Jazz together with Pop and gives it its own twist, creating a unique sound. She is now working on her debut EP, the first single of which will be released in July.

IDA
IDA is the solo project of Ida Weiler. Tonight she's bringing her band. She writes for people who want to celebrate life with all the emotions and obstacles that come with it. Her genre-bending songs range from soulful pop to electronic indie. The result is a recognizable playful sound that feels like you're cycling home drunk at sunrise. With her poetic texts, she believes it is important to discuss topics that concern young people in their 20s, from first love to mental health. She is now completely at home on stage and knows how to get the audience involved with her infectious energy.

William Ben
William Ben is a 22-year-old artist and songwriter from Nijmegen, the Netherlands. His music can best be described as pop/rock or alternative. With his interesting chord progressions and attractive melodies, he tries to create a bond between the listener and his songs, while bringing the messages he wrote in his bedroom directly to the audience, together with his band.
