Norah Hendriks

After a sold-out performance in Merleyn in November 2024, Amsterdam singer Norah Hendriks returns to Nijmegen for an intimate concert in the Stevenskerk.

Norah Hendriks released her second EP at the end of last year, entitled 'Every Single Thing', with English lyrics. After Dutch cult classic songs such as 'ik zwaai het uit' and 'Jong en Oud', she started writing a collection that describes the darker sides of a coming of age. The Amsterdam native, who has been living in London since 2021, has used her experiences in the English music scene to sing her way from a self-destructive, lost person to self-acceptance in 'Every Single Thing'. Each song sounds different from the previous one, with hints of her classically trained background and connected by her warm jazzy vocals.
