The NAF is back! An ode to Nijmegen, music and each other

After two long years of silence, loss and homesickness, things are finally coming back to life. On Monday 14 July 2025, the Nimweegs Artiesten Festifal – or the famous NAF – will once again kick off on the most beautiful square in the city: the Hertogplein. And this time it feels just that little bit more special.

Because the NAF is not just a music festival. No, it is a reunion of the city, a day where old acquaintances fall into each other's arms, where stories are retold and new memories are made. That day, Hertogplein changes into a vibrant version of Havana on the Waal – full of atmosphere, music and solidarity.

Nijmegen artists are eager to get back on stage. Local heroes, musical talents, true entertainers – all people with a heart for the city.

So put it in your agenda, put your worries aside, bring your friends, and come enjoy everything that makes the NAF so special. On Monday 14 July 2025, it's party time. Just because it's possible again.
