Loverman

The Belgian-English Loverman made his debut with Lovesongs, an album on which he can be heard as a singer-songwriter with a deep voice and minimalist songs. His recipe is so simple, but the impact of Loverman's music is so deep. It immediately earned him four nominations for the MIAs, the most important music prizes in our southern neighbors.

Loverman always has the greatest in mind when he makes music - think Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen or Scott Walker. Yet many personal accents can also be discerned in his work, such as a playfulness that is not easily noticeable in living or dead legends.
