Chalk

Every year there is one band that creates the most movement for the Arc: Fontaines DC in 2019, Deadletter last year... and in 2024 we are putting our money on Northern Ireland's Chalk.

The band consists of three filmmakers who started making music within the Dublin and Belfast scenes during their training. Two EPs later they are ready for another breakthrough. We wouldn't be surprised if their ambitious sound - a mix of post-punk, shoegaze and electronica - coupled with their rock-solid live reputation, blows the Valkhofpark away.
