Belinda Kinnaer

Belinda's voice lends itself to a diverse repertoire. Together with Lukassen Produkties and producer Edwin van Hoevelaak, the singer worked on her debut single “If tomorrow never comes”. Her versatile voice made it easy to choose a cover like this one. Many know the original by Garth Brooks. Belinda recorded her version of the song in the Rooftop Studios in Holten. Frank Swenne and Maurice Visser provided a beautiful video clip which was shot in Montferland. This clip has now more than passed the two million views on Youtube.

“This is the moment” is the title of her second single, with which the singer takes the path of the Dutch song.
This sets the tone for the future repertoire that we can expect from Belinda; quirky Dutch with pop influences and depth.

On August 21, 2015, Belinda launched her third single, “Zeven Oceanen”, during the RadioNL Zomertoer in Zwolle. The originally South African song, written by Rudi Claase, has been very well received and has become a classic on the circuit.

Stage experience

Belinda started her professional musical career in the cover band circuit. In the 90s she was the lead singer of various bands, with whom she has entered the stage in almost every dancing, party tent and catering facility in the Netherlands.

From 1995 to early 2015, Belinda sang in the band Commercial Break, which for years has been one of the most popular bands at fairs, parties and events in the east of the country. After more than 20 years, the band members decide it is time for new challenges.

duets

In 2012 and 2014 Belinda recorded two duets with her good friend Ronnie Tober, "It's the little things" and "Happiness". At the end of 2014 she started her solo career with “If tomorrow never comes”. At the beginning of 2019, the beautiful duet “Infinite” was released together with Wolter Kroes.

Number 1 hit quotations

In 2016, Belinda was number 1 in the Orange Top 30 for a few weeks. But in 2018 she also took the first place in the list with the album “The time of my life”.
