Xander de Buisonjé

We got to know Xander as the frontman of Volumia! He wrote the songs 'Hou Me Vast', 'Het Is Over' and 'Farewell', among others. Now Dutch classics. In 2002, Xander said goodbye during a memorable last show at the Heineken Music Hall.

Almost 15 years, five solo albums, one acoustic album and several singles later, he is still one of the most popular artists in the Netherlands. The more recent single 'De Wereld Redden' reached the iTunes top 10 and his latest tour album 'Xander in Concert' was awarded a gold record. In 2014 and 2015 Xander was on stage with his own interactive theater show 'Xander Omarmt', in which the friendship of the people in the audience was his main source of inspiration.
