Querencia

Querencia is a Rotterdam formation that was set up in 2020. The band was founded by three musicians and a writer who have all made a name for themselves in completely different corners of the music and writing world. For example, Querencia combines afro-beat with jazz, pop and reggae to bring her stories to life during the energetic and inspiring live shows. In 2021, the debut EP called ''First Flight'' was released on all major streaming services. With the song ''Dedication'' the band won the ''Open Up Rotterdam'' talent award.

Querencia stands for combining styles and genres like they have never been heard before. Listeners are taken on an unexpected journey called music, full of surprises, lessons and above all a good portion of danceability.

The band is in the process of writing and recording its debut album, which will be released in spring 2023. In the course of that, the band will release several singles. So now invite you to join us on an adventure!
