Liz Beekman is a 26-year-old singer-songwriter from Nijmegen who, with brutal honesty, portrays the raw edges (and sometimes the golden edges) of life in her own work, mainly in Dutch. Where she seeks logic with her job as a scientist, she dives completely into the feeling with her music. She is inspired by personal experiences and events from her environment, which results in authentic and intimate music. With a nice dose of cynicism and a bit of humor, she throws her diary to the dogs together with guitarist Kris. Presented by Dick Hagenaars.
