Film bij Lux: Brokeback Mountain
The Pink Wednesday Foundation aims to create visibility for the LHBTIQ+ community in Nijmegen and the surrounding area. Various activities are offered during and around Pink Wednesday (July 16).
This film will be offered free of charge on Tuesday evening 15 July at 8:00 PM on behalf of Lux and the working group Regenboogsenioren. A short introduction will be given before the film. Anyone who wants to can have a drink afterwards (at their own expense) in Lux. You do need to reserve a ticket in advance at Lux (free of charge).
In collaboration with Lux we offer the classic film (2006) Brokeback Mountain. The story is about two cowboys who fall in love in Wyoming and start a secret romance that lasts for over twenty years. Both marry a woman and only give in to their homosexual feelings for each other during 'fishing expeditions'.
