Stand hold­ers

There is obvi­ous­ly not room for a stall for all stand hold­ers who request. More­over, we see many of our orga­niz­ers return every year. Stands with prod­ucts that are local, organ­ic and Fair Trade, for exam­ple, fit in well with our sus­tain­abil­i­ty mis­sion and are placed earlier.

Reg­is­ter for a loca­tion (food truck, fair­ground attrac­tion or oth­er stall)
As an orga­niz­er, have you not pre­vi­ous­ly par­tic­i­pat­ed in the Vier­daagse­feesten, but are you still inter­est­ed and do you think your con­cept suits us? Then sign up for the reserve list bel­low. We use this list to search for suit­able can­di­dates for new or vacant positions.

Stages (enter­tain­ment cen­ters and event squares)

We enter into four-year con­tracts with the orga­niz­ers of stages, which cur­rent­ly run until Vier­daagse­feesten 2025. When space becomes avail­able for new stages, we look for an orga­niz­er who, based on con­cept, best fits any gap in the pro­gram­ming so that a good bal­ance is cre­at­ed for all audi­ence groups.

If mul­ti­ple orga­niz­ers are inter­est­ed in the same loca­tion, we apply the fol­low­ing assess­ment rules.

Pre­vi­ous participants

Are you an organ­is­er who has par­tic­i­pat­ed in the Vier­daagse­feesten before? Then you will auto­mat­i­cal­ly receive the annu­al dig­i­tal reg­is­tra­tion form for the Vier­daagse­feesten some­where the in the sec­ond half of Jan­u­ary. We will send this form to the e‑mail address that you pro­vid­ed to us the year before. If your con­tact infor­ma­tion has changed, please let us know by send­ing an e‑mail to info@​vierdaagsefeesten.​nl.

Infor­ma­tion specif­i­cal­ly for organ­is­ers — Orange booklet

We have put togeth­er a dig­i­tal book­let with Orga­niz­er Infor­ma­tion (Orange Book­let) espe­cial­ly for our orga­niz­ers. In this book­let you will find infor­ma­tion about gen­er­al terms and con­di­tions, reg­u­la­tions for food and non-food pitch­es, reg­u­la­tions for ter­races, enter­tain­ment cen­ters and event squares, and infor­ma­tion about, among oth­er things, park­ing, noise stan­dards, crowd con­trol, con­struc­tion and dis­man­tling, and the waste col­lec­tion service.
