For €25.000, -* you will become a fully-fledged partner of the Vierdaagsefeesten. Evidently, your brand or company will be prominently featured during the Vierdaagsefeesten. This visibility can be executed by physical manifestations at events, but also through the activation or adaptation of a concept, the use of displays at locations, or via our online platforms or through one of our media partners.

Brand activation, promotion & direct sales

If you want to expose your brand or company to a broad and diverse audience — while simultaneously gaining knowledge about the effects of promotional tactics at the Vierdaagsefeesten— then our options for brand activation could be perfect for you.

Starting at € 750,-* a day, you will be able to promote your company or brand with a promotional team at the largest freely accessible event in the Netherlands.

If you have bigger plans in mind for your brand or the one you represent, you can make use of one of our other options in which we will provide spaces at top locations suitable for booths, food trucks or other objects. We can even provide a fully arranged brand store, if desired. This is possible starting at a price of € 1200,-* a day.

Ambassadors' club

Would you like to become acquainted with the Vierdaagsefeesten and her broad network of partners and companies? Then become a member of the Ambassadors’ club, an enthusiastic and involved network organization of over a 100 entrepreneurs and social partners.

Why become a member?

✔ You will be able to support the event with your membership by brainstorming with us and by sponsoring a part of the Vierdaagsefeesten program.

✔ Through networking events — where renowned speakers engage with interesting topics — you will be able to expand and maintain your network of entrepreneurs and social partners from Nijmegen and its surrounding areas.

✔ You will enjoy certain privileges during the Vierdaagsefeesten, such as free parking in parking garage Kelfkensbos. Obviously, an informal gathering between the Ambassadors will also take place during the Vierdaagsefeesten.

The meetings

As an ambassador, you will be invited to for instance our spring conference, during which we will look back on the last Vierdaagsefeesten while also looking forward to the upcoming edition of the event. By inviting well-versed and interesting speakers, relevant themes such as sustainability, future trends and economic development will be extensively discussed.  Examples of speakers which have attended meetings in recent years are Thomas Verbogt, Herman Pleij, Daan Roosegaarde and Maarten van Rossum. Next to these meetings, Ambassadors also frequently get to look behind the scenes at interesting locations and events located in Nijmegen.

Membership

For € 400,- a year you can become an Ambassador of the Vierdaagsefeesten. On average, our Ambassadors rate their membership with a grade of eight out of ten. Below you can find an overview of the membership of our Ambassadors’ club.
