act “Linda Sings Tina” she brings a soulful and warm ode to Tina Turner.

Maureen is known as a great singer who has made her mark as
Soul, Pop and Disco Queen. She also enjoys great fame internationally as one of the
lead singers of the super popular 70's-80's Disco group Boney M. Xperience, with which they
travels the world, with world hits by Boney M., such as “Rivers of Babylon”, “Rasputin”, “Daddy
Cool” etc. Maureen Fernandes has sung for years with the original dancer/singer of Boney M.
the late Bobby Farrell. To the Dutch formation “Mai Tai”, known for hit songs “History”, Am i
loosing you forever etc., she also participated as 1 of the regular front ladies. In her tribute to
Whitney Houston, she impressively pays tribute to this 80's icon.
